When you talk about the best relievers in college baseball for the 2020 season, you can’t leave out Dallas Baptist’s Burl Carraway.
Things did not go well for Carraway in his freshman season at DBU, but he had a solid summer in the Coastal Plain League with a 3.20 ERA in 25.1 innings with 45 strikeouts.
He took that success into the 2019 season with DBU posting a 2.81 ERA in 41.2 innings with an astounding 72 strikeouts and 6 saves.
Carraway spent this past summer with the USA National Team.
At 5-foot-11 and 155 pounds, the lefty has the build and mentality to be a lights out closer at the next level.
