SPECIAL TO THE CBB South Carolina won its opener over George Mason, but East Carolina and Binghamton were rained out in the second game Friday in the Greenville Regional at Clark-LeClair Stadium. Lightning and rain interrupted the USC-George Mason for 80 minutes in the seventh inning, then delayed and finally washed out the ECU-Binghamton game.
