Florida’s seven runs was enough to defeat (1) Texas A&M for the second-straight night. The victory extends the Gators’ 26-game winning streak at home, which is the longest home win-streak in the country. Florida’s offense has out scored the Aggies 14-6, and the Gators will go for the sweep in Sunday’s game three.

Strike Two: Duke wins slugfest

The Blue Devils topped Georgia Tech 14-13 in a game that lasted 10 innings. This game featured a combined 33 hits and five home runs between the two teams. Duke third baseman Jack Labosky hit two home runs and finished the day with eight RBIs. Georgia Tech was able to even the series by taking the remainder of Friday’s game, which was played after the finish of the 10-inning slugfest.

Strike Three: Mizzou gets SEC win number one

Missouri defeated Arkansas 8-5 Saturday. The Tigers’ Tanner Houck earned his third victory of the season, improving his record to 3-2 on the season. Missouri jumped out a 6-0 lead after they were able to scored four runs in the fourth inning.
