Ejection for Illegal Slide

SkullEast Carolina Bryce Harman was ejected from the game on Friday night for an illegal slide at home plate as he hit the catcher extremely hard with an awkward head first slide which is now illegal in college baseball. Harman will now miss Saturday’s matchup with Houston. You can check out video of the slide below.

That’s tough, seems like the catcher moved to block the plate directly in front of the runner.

By rule, that is absolutely an ejection every time.
