College Baseball Daily Top 25 (March 9)

A new No. 1 sits atop the College Baseball Daily Top 25 Poll for the third time this season. The Louisiana State University Tigers swept the Houston College Classic this weekend to garner the No. 1 position.

Previous No. 1 Virginia suffered their first loss of the year this past weekend at the hands of unranked Pitt.

While, Florida and TCU remain at the two and three spots after a weekend which saw them win series, the Vanderbilt Commodores stay at No. 5 after a 1-2 record this weekend at the Dodgertown Classic, which included a loss to TCU.

Ole Miss and Oklahoma State each fell out of the top 25 after a 1-2 showing from the Rebels and a 2-2 record from the Cowboys.
