Video of the Day: San Diego Players Rock Gangnam Style

The San Diego Toreros baseball team has positioned itself at the top of the list of 2012-13 viral videos with its dance rendition of Korean pop star Psy’s Gangnam Style. This video was posted on the University of San Diego’s Spirit of the Torero Facebook page that supports the school’s athletic programs.

Hopefully, we’ll see the Toreros break this out pre-game in the spring:

The 2011-12 season saw a number of “Call Me Maybe” video renditions after the Harvard baseball team helped the song go viral with this YouTube video:

Shotgun Spratling covers the Southern California area where he attended 75 games during the 2012 season. He attended grad school at USC where he covered USC sports for Neon Tommy, South LA Intersections, Annenberg TV News, KSCR and the Trojan Vision debate show Platforum Sports.
