Gamecocks selling off Pieces of Sarge Frye Field

SargeFryeField The University of South Carolina has no more use for Sarge Frye Field as New Carolina Stadium opened up last season. They are auctioning off pieces of the stadium through the South Carolina Surplus Property office. Steve Norris, his brother in law, and an English teacher from Willoughby South High School in the Cleveland Ohio area purchased over $1,100 worth of supplies which included two stationary batting cages, a portable batting cage, two dugout benches, a flagpole, both foul poles, home plate, the pitcher’s mound and as much of the outfield fence as they could take.
