Andrew Oliver Case Update (Jan. 7th)

I recently received an email updating me on the Andrew Oliver case that is taking place in Ohio right now. Oliver is challenging the NCAA to give back his eligible for the 2009 season due to the fact that he talked with an agent after being drafted in 2006.

The Plaintiff (Oliver) rested his case and the NCAA put a motion together to have the case dismissed. The judge refused this motion and the NCAA will start their case on Thursday morning. We will have updates throughout the trial so please feel free to come back.
