As reported by Florida Day, Jack Rye of Florida State will miss the next 4-6 weeks after breaking his right thumb Friday in practice. Rye was expected to be the cleanup hitter and the biggest power threat for the Noles. They hope to have him back around Mid-March for most of the ACC series. This injury is a major setback for the preseason favorite in the ACC Atlantic Division.
