Edison, N.J. - Manhattan College has been chosen as the favorite to win the 2013 MAAC Baseball title, according to a preseason poll voted on by the league’s nine head coaches.
A close vote had Manhattan top the poll with 74 points followed by Canisius College with 72. Rider University was picked third with 59 points, while Marist College was fourth with 57. Fairfield University finished with 48 points, followed by Siena College (31), Niagara University (29), Saint Peter’s University (18), and Iona College (17). Read the rest of this entry »
