The 2013 NCAA Champion UCLA Bruins baseball team announced their 56-game regular season schedule, which includes 10 conference and 13 non-conference opponents, today.
The Bruins will open the season with a non-conference three-game weekend series at home against the Hofstra Pride starting on Friday, February 13 at Jackie Robinson Stadium. UCLA will then spend the following weekend in Chapel Hill, N.C. for a three-game weekend series against the North Carolina Tar Heels starting on Friday, February 20. PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State University baseball team is scheduled to play 29 games at Bailey-Brayton Field in 2015, Cougar Head Coach Donnie Marbut announced, Tuesday.
The Cougars open their 2015 slate with four games in The Lone State State. Washington State will play Stephen F. Austin, Texas-Arlington and Missouri State in Stephen F. Austin’s tournament, Feb. 13-15 followed by a single nonconference game with the Lumberjacks, Feb. 16. Washington State will remain on the road for games in Arizona, Feb. 19-22, against Big 12 opponents Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Kansas and Kansas State. TUCSON, Ariz. – The University of Arizona baseball program has announced its 2015 baseball schedule with a slate of 35 games to be played at Hi Corbett Field along with 20 road contests. All opponents are confirmed, but exact dates and times are subject to change pending the Pac-12 Conference and its television partners selecting broadcasts later this fall.
The season begins with a 10-game homestand at Hi Corbett Field, beginning with a three-game set against Eastern Michigan (Feb. 13-15). A 30-game Pac-12 Conference schedule begins a month later in Tucson against Utah (March 13-15), and the regular season schedule concludes against Abilene Christian (May 22-24) as Arizona once again draws its conference bye week at the end of May. SEATTLE – A year after finishing second in the Pac-12, winning 41 games and earning a trip to the NCAA Regionals for the first time in 10 years, Washington Huskies baseball ushers in a new era with 28 homes games at Husky Ballpark. In all, the Huskies are scheduled to play 56 games, featuring 17 against seven teams that participated in the 2014 NCAA tournament, including three that advanced to the Super Regionals.
Washington will open the year with eight games on the road. The Huskies first stop is to Stockton, Calif. to play four games against Pacific, Friday, Feb. 13 through Monday ,Feb. 16.
The team quickly turns around to play four games in the Pac-12/Big-12 Tournament in Surprise, Ariz. Washington opens against 2014 NCAA-participant Kansas on Friday, Feb. 20.
