NCBWA Mar. 3 Division I Poll

DALLAS – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association continues its tradition of NCAA Division I polls for the 11th year with its 2008 weekly surveys. Weekly polls will be circulated from Feb. 25-June 30 following the NCAA World Series in Omaha, Neb.

The poll voters come from 30 college baseball writers and related media persons from throughout the nation. This week’s poll has representation by 11 different conferences among the 298 baseball-playing schools in the 2008 NCAA Division I ranks. Division 2 College Baseball News Poll for Feb. 25th

The Division 2 poll by The College Baseball News that came out on Feb. 25th is led by Mount Olive who has taken over the top spot in the poll with a 16-1 record. Ouachita Baptist is ranked second in the country with an solid record of 12-1. Two-time defending national champion and former number 1 team in the country Tampa is ranked number 3. NCBWA June 12 Division I Poll

DALLAS - The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association continues its tradition of NCAA Division I polls for the 10th year with its 2007 weekly surveys. Weekly polls will be circulated from Feb. 12-June 26 following the NCAA World Series in Omaha, Neb. This will be the final poll until the postseason survey on June 26.

The poll voters come from 32 college baseball writers and related media persons from throughout the nation. This week's poll has representation by a season-most 14 conferences (for the second week in succession and ties for a season-most) among the 293 baseball-playing schools in the '07 NCAA Division I ranks, and 17 circuits have had teams in the polls in '07. hosted by NCBWA Top 30 members.

The poll voters come from 32 college baseball writers and related media persons
from throughout the nation. This week's poll has representation by 13
conferences (ties for a season-most) among the 293 baseball-playing schools in
the '07 NCAA Division I ranks, and 17 circuits have had teams in the polls in
