  • Regular Season Champion: Elon
  • Conference RPI: #15

However, in 2011 only the tournament champion Georgia Southern (36-26 overall and 18-12 SOCON) received a NCAA bid. Regular season champion Elon (36-21 overall and 23-7 SOCON) along with CofC (39-22 overall and 18-12 SOCON), and Samford (37-23 overall and 18-12 SOCON) came up just short of a regional. UNCG who won just 7 conference games in 2010 finished just one game behind Elon in regular season at 22-8 in conference and 34-20 overall. +14 games overall and an amazing +15 in conference.
