Florida State’s Jameis Winston Reinstated

Florida State baseball coach announced on Sunday that closer/outfielder Jameis Winston was reinstated on Sunday following his theft of crab legs from a local Tallahassee supermarket on the evening of April 29th. To avoid criminal charges, he had to complete 20 hours of community service. Until he completed his hours, the FSU baseball program suspended him. Florida State outfielder/pitcher Jameis Winston Cited for Shoplifting

UPDATED ON APRIL 30th at 3:30pm
Florida State outfielder, right handed pitcher, and 2013 Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston was cited for shoplifting crab legs according to Tomahawk Nation, the SB Nation blog on Florida State athletics. The article posted an update that sources inside the FSU Athletic Department have stated that Winston will face a $30 fine, required to do community service, and the biggest issue is a suspension from the baseball program which lost two out of three games to Virginia over the past weekend.
