A Federal judge has dismissed former Auburn baseball coach Sunny Galloway’s lawsuit against the school on Wednesday with prejudice which means the case is permanently dismissed. The complaint was filed by Galloway against Auburn University for breach of contract, defamation, fraud and tortuous interference with his contract after his dismissal on September 27th, 2015.
