UMass head baseball coach Mike Stone announced his retirement on Wednesday after the 2017 season. Stone is set to begin his 35th year coaching collegiate baseball with five years at Vermont before spending the last 29 seasons with the Minutemen. Stone enters his final season in Amherst with a career record of 682-663-3 in 29 seasons.
