College of Charleston releases 2014 Schedule

With games against 2013 College World Series semifinalist North Carolina, two-time national champion South Carolina and 2012 College World Series Cinderella Kent State, the schedule offers a strong blend of challenging competition with traditional rivalries as the Cougars embark on their first season in the Colonial Athletic Association. Maryland-Eastern Shore releases 2014 Schedule

PedroSwannPRINCESS ANNE, Md. – The University of Maryland Eastern Shore men’s baseball team has released its 2014 schedule, it was announced today. The Hawks are set to play 14 home games at Hawk Stadium and 16 games in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. Sacramento State releases 2014 Schedule

Oklahoma State releases 2014 Schedule

JoshHollidaySTILLWATER, Okla. – Five NCAA Tournament teams from last season highlight Oklahoma State’s 2014 baseball schedule, which was released today and includes 29 home games for the Cowboys at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium.

Next year’s OSU schedule also includes five games against Bedlam-rival Oklahoma. The Cowboys and Sooners will meet in non-conference games in Norman (April 1) and Stillwater (April 15), then will close out the regular season with The Bedlam Series May 15-17. This year’s Bedlam Series will open with a game at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City before concluding with the final two games in Tulsa at ONEOK Field. Continue reading

Texas A&M releases 2014 Schedule

TexasAMFeaturedCOLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M Baseball announced its schedule for the 2014 season, a 56-game slate that features 36 home games in the friendly confines of Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park.

The Aggies will play 10 teams that participated in the 2013 NCAA Championship for a total of 25 games, including Alabama (3), Arkansas (3), Columbia, Florida (3), LSU (3), Mississippi State (3), Ole Miss (3), Rice, Sam Houston State (2) and Vanderbilt (3). James Madison releases 2014 Schedule

SpankyMcFarlandJMU_thumb.jpgHARRISONBURG, Va., – Heading into his 17th season at the helm of the James Madison baseball program, head coach Spanky McFarland believes the 2014 schedule may be the most difficult the Dukes have faced during his tenure. The numbers appear to support that notion.

Among JMU’s 56 games, the Dukes will play 20 against teams that made the 2012 NCAA Regional field. They will play five games against last year’s top 25 of the NCAA RPI, 18 against the top 50 and 34 against the top 100. They will also not play any teams ranked lower than 200 in last year’s final RPI. Continue reading
