Marshall releases 2013 Schedule

MarshallUniversityLogo_thumb.jpgHUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Marshall baseball revealed its 2013 schedule, which will include five preseason top-40 opponents and six 2012 NCAA Regional selections, Friday afternoon.

Marshall’s 56-game regular season is set to feature games against preseason No. 8 Kentucky, No. 20 Rice, No. 36 Southern Miss, No. 37 East Carolina, and No. 38 Coastal Carolina, as voted on by Collegiate Baseball Newspaper. St. Mary’s releases 2013 Schedule

MORAGA, Calif. – The Saint Mary’s baseball team has released its 2013 schedule. In addition to the always competitive West Coast Conference schedule, the Gaels will have games against teams from the Pac-12, Big West, WAC, Mountain West, Great West and Big East. Kent State releases 2013 Schedule

The Golden Flashes look to continue their success from a record-breaking 2012 campaign as they face a similar schedule in 2013. The 57-game lineup includes an opening weekend against fellow NCAA Tournament qualifier UNC Wilmington and takes the Flashes to nine different states throughout the season. St. Joe’s releases 2013 Schedule

PHILADELPHIA – Saint Joseph’s head baseball coach Fritz Hamburg has announced the Hawks’ 2013 schedule, which features 24 home games on the 52-game docket.

The 2013 season will be the second year of play at John W. Smithson Field on the Maguire Campus. The opening of the new field coincided with SJU’s first-ever Atlantic 10 Championship berth and the Hawks’ first Liberty Bell Classic title. Missouri releases 2013 Schedule

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Fresh off of its Big 12 Tournament Championship and its eighth NCAA Regional appearance in 10 seasons, the Mizzou baseball program has announced its 2013 spring competition schedule on Thursday (Nov. 29). The 2013 season will mark the Tigers’ inaugural season as members of the Southeastern Conference, which is widely regarded as the premier league in college baseball. In all, Mizzou’s schedule will feature 30 home dates, including 15 home games against SEC competition. 2013 Penn Schedule Announced

PHILADELPHIA – The Penn baseball team and W. Joseph Blood Head Coach of Baseball John Cole released the 2013 schedule on Monday. The Quakers will take on squads from seven leagues up and down the East Coast in non-conference play, plus the always-grueling Ivy League schedule. Notre Dame releases 2013 Schedule


NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The 2013 Notre Dame baseball schedule is loaded. The Irish face Ohio State, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, UCLA, USC, Oklahoma, Michigan and Michigan State as well as a three-game series at Tulane and a two-game series with Kent State. That does not even include a BIG EAST slate that features road trips to Louisville and St. John’s. In all, Notre Dame will play 11 games against teams that reached the NCAA tournament, including seven against teams that advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals or College World Series. Miami (OH) releases 2013 Schedule

OXFORD, Ohio — A pair of trips to Greenville, S.C. and home-and-home series with local rivals Indiana, Dayton, Xavier and Cincinnati highlight the 2013 Miami Baseball schedule, head coach Dan Simonds announced today. Miami will host 20 games at McKie Field, including the league series against Kent State and Miami for the first time in three years.
