I didn’t have a chance to really recap the Norwich Regional in which I attended over the weekend. It was hosted by UConn at Dodd Stadium which is now the home of the Connecticut Tigers. Heading into the weekend, I heard from Mark Rafferty and Ryan Rosenblatt that the Oregon Ducks were much improved. I was also looking forward to see the Florida State Seminoles who played much better baseball in the ACC Tournament after losing the final three games of the regular season to Clemson. The only other thing I was looking forward to was how the state of Connecticut would support the event.
