(Victoria, Tx) The Victoria Generals of the Texas Collegiate League are excited to have Willie Kempf in their rotation for the summer. Willie was the 2009 Captain for The Baylor Bears. Last summer he was named to the Cape Cod League all-star squad. This spring Willie was the number 2 pitcher for the Bears with a 4-3 record and a 5.62 era. He struck out 45 in 41 innings while walking only 22.
The Brazos Valley Bombers announced today the acquisition of three Texas A&M Aggies who they believe will provide an immediate boost to the teams’ title hopes. Brodie Greene, Brett Parsons and Aaron Daab will undoubtedly supply the team with a home town advantage, as well as tournament-level experience and outstanding playing ability.

The East Texas Pump Jacks announced today that Scottsdale Community College catcher Brett Nicholas, pitcher T.J. Geith, and infielder Ryan Oesterle have signed to play in East Texas this summer.
This isn’t the first export SCC, whose team nickname is the Artichokes, has made to the Jacks. The trio joins ‘Chokes associate head coach Ben Taylor, who is preparing for his first season as Pump Jacks head coach.
