Rider releases 2015 Schedule

RiderCoach_thumb.jpgLAWRENCEVILLE, NJ—The Rider University baseball team will take on one of its toughest schedules in recent years, highlighted with trips to North Carolina and Ohio, while taking part in the Liberty Bell Classic which culminates at Citizen’s Bank Park.

“Taking into consideration the opponents’ 2014 RPI’s, it is one of the toughest schedules in the league,” said Rider head coach Barry Davis. “We have a veteran team this year so this is the year to play a schedule like this. Monmouth releases 2015 Schedule

MonmouthBaseball.jpgWEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. –The Monmouth University baseball team announced its 2015 schedule on Friday afternoon, including 54 games and 20 home contests. MU, under the direction of 22nd year head coach Dean Ehehalt, will face competition from ten different conferences and open the season February 13.

“I’m excited about the challenge our pre-conference schedule will give us,” said Head Coach Dean Ehehalt. “Historically, we make a huge effort to play quality programs early in the season that will enable us to prepare for the conference season. John Axford makes Donation to Canisius Baseball

The only active Golden Griffin in Major League Baseball, Canisius athletics announces that John Axford MS’13 has made the largest donation in the history of the school’s baseball program. Axford’s gift will be used to directly improve the Canisius baseball program through the Blue and Gold Fund. Axford’s gift also will be recognized with a display in the centerfield bullpen at the Demske Sports Complex.

Manhattan releases 2015 Schedule

ManhattanFieldRIVERDALE, N.Y. – The 2015 Manhattan College baseball schedule features 55 games, including 16 at Dutchess Stadium, the new competitive home of the Jaspers.

Manhattan begins the 2015 season in the Lone Star State on February 20 with a four-game set at Lamar in Beaumont, Texas. Its second weekend series of the season comes in Miami against Florida International, beginning on February 27. Continue reading Manhattan releases 2015 Schedule

FORT WORTH — Sam Houston State staved off elimination with a 9-2 win over Siena to reach a second NCAA Regional final in the last three seasons.
