Dover, Del. (Jan. 14, 2015) — Delaware State University has released its baseball schedule for the 2015 season. The Hornets’ 49-game regular season slate includes 21 contests at Soldier Field on the DSU campus.
The Hornets will open the 2015 season on the road with a four-game series at Presbyterian University in Clinton. S.C., beginning Feb. 13. The teams will play a doubleheader on Feb. 14, and wrap up the series with a single game on Feb. 15. Continue reading Delaware State releases 2015 Schedule
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. — University of Maryland Eastern Shore’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has named assistant baseball coach John O’Neil Acting Head Coach on an interim basis, following the recent resignation of head coach Pedro Swann.
A 2008 graduate of Colby-Sawyer College, O’Neil was currently in his fourth season as an assistant coach before his new appointment. Hired by former Hawks coach Will Gardner in 2012, O’Neil had previously served as the head coach of the Middlesex Rays in the Atlantic Baseball Confederation Collegiate League, as well as an assistant at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and at his alma mater, Colby-Sawyer. DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Bethune-Cookman Wildcats will play nine games against teams that participated in last season’s NCAA Baseball Tournament as part of its 2015 schedule, as announced by Head Coach Jason Beverlin.

DURHAM, N.C. – The North Carolina Central University baseball program will host 30 games at the Durham Athletic Park (DAP) during the 2015 season as fourth year head coach Jim Koerner announced on Wednesday.
