CBD Interview with Notre Dame’s Mik Aoki and Dan Slania
College Baseball Daily contributor Seth Bernstein recently caught up with Notre Dame head coach Mik Aoki after the Irish swept the Tulane Green Wave over the weekend to move their record to 5-1. They play this weekend in the Irish Baseball Classic in Cary, NC against UMass, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, and Rhode Island. Tour of Louisville’s Jim Patterson Stadium Expansion
Louisville Seniors Zak Wasserman and Nick Ratajczak recently put together a video to give you a tour of the Renovations at the Cardinals Jim Patterson Stadium. After the renovations are completed, the Cardinals will be in the top 30 in capacity with over 5,000 seats including 3,000 chairbacks. The school will likely be moving over to the ACC conference at the earliest for the 2014 season but could be delayed a season. You can check out the hilarious tour video from the two seniors below. 2013 Preseason Big East Coaches Poll Released

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Louisville Cardinals, who tied for the 2012 BIG EAST regular-season title, have been tabbed as the favorites in 2013 by the league’s 11 head coaches.
The Cardinals, who advanced to the NCAA Championship for the seventh time in 2012, reaching the final of the Tucson Regional, received eight first-place votes and 98 points in the coaches’ preseason poll.
