The schedule begins at home on Feb. 14 with a three-game series against Saint Louis and concludes at home with a three-game Southeastern Conference series against Mississippi State, beginning on May 15.

Coming off a 35-28 campaign that ended with Alabama making its 23rd appearance in an NCAA Regional, the Tide will open the 2014 season with six straight home games, first against the Billikens on Feb. 14-16. Bama will then host Stephen F. Austin (Feb. 21-23), before playing its first road game of the season on Feb. 26, at Southern Mississippi.

After a three-game, non-conference road series at the University of Louisiana (March 1-3), Alabama will travel to Montgomery for the sixth annual Capital City Classic against Auburn on March 4. Following the non-conference game against the Tigers, the Tide returns home to begin a 10-game homestand. The homestand starts against Mississippi Valley State, March 7-9, and includes a midweek game against Samford on March 11.

The start of SEC play is March 14 when Alabama welcomes Kentucky to Sewell-Thomas Stadium for a three-game set. The 10-game homestand concludes with a two-game midweek series against Alcorn State (March 18-19).

Alabama’s first SEC road series will have the Tide at Arkansas on March 21-23, before the Tide travels to Pensacola, Fla., to play a midweek game on March 25 against Troy at the Vince J. Whibbs Jr. Community Maritime Park. Mississippi comes to Tuscaloosa on March 28-30, followed by a non-conference game against Louisiana-Monroe on April 1.

The Tide will also host SEC series against Auburn (April 11-13), Florida (May 2-4) and Mississippi State (May 15-17), who finished the 2013 season as the College World Series runner-up. Additional conference road series include trips to Texas A&M (April 4-6), Tennessee (April 18-20), South Carolina (April 25-27) and LSU (May 9-11).

Bama will also play a pair of midweek games against UAB, the first on April 8, when the Tide hosts the Blazers. The second game will be played on Wednesday, April 16, when the two teams meet at the new home for the Birmingham Barons, Regions Field, which opened in March, 2013.

For the 2014 season, Alabama will not have regular season SEC series against Missouri, Georgia and Vanderbilt.

Additional late-season non-conference games include a home game against Southern Mississippi (April 22), a road game at Samford (April 29) and home-and-home games against Jacksonville State. UA will host the Gamecocks on May 6, before traveling to Jacksonville, Ala., on May 13.

Once again the SEC Baseball Tournament will be contested in Hoover, Ala., at the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium. The 10-team tournament will begin on Tuesday, May 20, and runs through Sunday, May 25.
