Princeton releases 2013 Schedule

The Princeton baseball program has released its 2013 schedule, it was announced Thursday by head coach Scott Bradley. The upcoming season features 13 home games and three opponents that advanced to the 2012 NCAA Championship.

The Tigers open the year on the road, playing their first 18 games along the eastern seaboard. Princeton officially kicks off the year with a four-game series at Maryland from Mar. 1-3.

The home and Ivy League slate commences on Saturday, Mar. 30 with Yale heading to Clarke Field for a doubleheader. In addition to the Bulldogs, the Tigers host Ivy series versus Brown, Columbia and Cornell.

The Ivy League Championship Series will be played from May 5-6, with the winner advancing to the NCAAs. Princeton will vie for its eighth Ivy League Championship and first since 2011. The Tigers have made 11 appearances in the NCAA Tournament in program history.
