North Division:

Rochester’s Trevor Podratz (Hawaii),
Mankato’s John Michael Twichell (Texas),
Waterloo’s Kevin Kaczmarski (Evansville)
Duluth’s Michael Suiter (Kansas).

South Division:

Madison’s Tyler Marincov (North Florida),
Wisconsin Rapids’ Alex Bacon (North Florida),
Eau Claire’s Casey Gillaspie (Wichita State),
La Crosse’s Richard Prigatano (Long Beach State).

After round one, the leaders—Rochester’s Podratz (9), Waterloo’s Kaczmarski (5), Eau Claire’s Gillaspie (5), Wisconsin Rapids’ Bacon (5)—advanced to round two.

Rochester’s Trevor Podratz (13) and Eau Claire’s Casey Gillaspie (8) advanced to the finals, where they would face off with a blank slate.

Trevor Podratz of Hawaii took home the title of Northwoods League HR Derby Champ with 10 bombs in the final round, giving him 23 on the night.

All Star Game Results

The South Division All Stars, led by Star of Stars Tyler Marincov (North Florida) capitalized on homeruns to beat the North Division All Stars 4-3, Tuesday night at the Duck Pond in Madison, WI.

The South Division team put up three solo homeruns in the game including a set of back-to-back dingers by Alex Real (New Mexico) and Ty Forney (UT-Permian Basin) as well as what would be the game-winner by Tyler Marincov (North Florida).

The North Division team was able to capitalize on errors and a wild pitch to get on the board.

Both teams were fairly successful at the plate, however struggled in productivity leaving a combined 20 runners on base.
