Kentucky junior to be RHP Trevor Gott has left the Orleans Firebirds with a shoulder injury. He suffered the injury in Friday night game and headed back to Lexington to have it checked out. Last summer, Gott was the CCBL saves leader and was a participant in the All-Star game.
We will have more information as it becomes available on the severity of the injury.
