Texas Tech announces hiring of Oklahoma’s Tim Tadlock

LUBBOCK, Texas – Regarded as one of the top recruiters in the country, former Red Raider student-athlete and Oklahoma assistant coach Tim Tadlock will return to Lubbock as associate head baseball coach, Texas Tech fourth-year head coach Dan Spencer announced today.
Tadlock, 42, spent the previous six years producing several of the nation’s top recruiting classes at Oklahoma while helping lead the Sooners back to the College World Series in 2010. Read the rest of this entry »
Stony Brook Dedicates Joe Nathan Field
There’s no feeling like coming home again.
Stony Brook University’s Joe Nathan came home to his alma mater and native New York State on Friday, October 28th to dedicate the team’s new baseball field. Nathan, a Pine Bush, NY native, gave the baseball program a $500,000 lead gift towards construction of the state-of-the-art facility in 2008.
