We continue the countdown today at number 84 with Stanford sophomore outfielder Austin Wilson. The 6’3 230 pounder from Los Angeles, California played his high school baseball at Harvard-Westlake. He had a fantastic prep career which led to him being named a two-time All-American, three-time All-CIF and three-time all-league first team pick. Baseball America has released their 2011-2012 Recruiting Class rankings for the class that will be eligible for the start of the 2012 season. Leading the pack is the Vanderbilt Commodores which got a first round pick in Tyler Beede among other talented players to Nashville. The rest of the top five is filled out by Texas, Southern Miss, NC State, and Ole Miss.
