Duke Fall Game 1 and 2 Recaps

DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke baseball team held a pair of intrasquad games at Jack Coombs Field this past weekend to wrap up the first week of fall practice.

“They went really well,” head coach Sean McNally said of the intrasquad games. “Each of them was different. We’re keeping the intrasquads pretty simple. We’re just trying to have our pitchers command their fastball, be aggressive and go on the attack. Offensively, we want to put the ball in play and play really hard. We’ve played at a high level both games.”
