UNLV names Chuck Hazzard as Director of Baseball Operations

UNLV head baseball coach Tim Chambers announced that Chuck Hazzard is the next Director of Baseball Operations with the Rebels. Hazzard spent the last two seasons with the Rebels serving as the volunteer assistant coach before accepting this position. Coach Chambers talked about the hiring saying: “We are extremely excited to have Chuck back with the Rebels. It’s not easy to add a Director of Baseball Operations to your staff that has been on the All-Tournament team in the College World Series and has 4 years of Division I coaching experience. His previous knowledge of the school and conference will be a tremendous help to us.”
