CBD Journal with Western Illinois (March 15th)
The first 2 games of the series weren’t the best, but after digging into ourselves we came into the third game against Indiana State with some fire. After Indiana State made the initial push by ISU, we immediately shoved them right back and out came the Purple Army. Tom Lilja added another home run to his stats, and John Koszulinski came through big time with 5 RBI’s on the game. Everything came together and showed what the Leathernecks are all about, and also how dangerous we can be on both defense and offense. We just now need to keep that fire burning and keep shoving back, and build upon that win and carry it over to our next game and so on. Read the rest of this entry »
