Thomas Seay added to Marist Coaching Staff

ThomasSeay POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Marist has hired Thomas Seay as assistant baseball coach, it was announced by head coach Chris Tracz. Seay’s responsibilities will include working with the infield and outfield defense, coaching third base and working with the team’s hitters.

Seay will also play a vital role in the Red Foxes’ recruiting efforts. He most recently served as assistant coach/recruiting coordinator at Young Harris College. In his first recruiting class, he brought in 28 players from nine different states. He also served as the team’s catching and hitting instructor.

East Carolina releases 2011 Schedule

BillyGodwinECU GREENVILLE, N.C. – Thirty-four home games at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium, including the Eighth-Annual Keith LeClair Classic, highlight the 2011 East Carolina baseball schedule announced Thursday afternoon by head baseball coach Billy Godwin.

The 2011 slate features 14 games against teams that earned a bid to the 2010 NCAA Regionals; 30 against teams with 30-plus wins, nine that topped the 40-plus win plateau and eight that finished ranked in the national polls.
