The Sacred Heart Pioneers have released their 2011 schedule which opens up on February 25th for a three game series against Bethune-Cookman. The following weekend, they will start a eight game road trip through Louisiana playing Southeastern Louisiana for four games, LSU once, and the heading to Mississippi State.
They will open up the northern portion of the schedule when they host in-state foe UConn on March 15th in Bridgeport. They will open up Northeast Conference play on March 18th when they head down to Monmouth for a four game set. They will also head to conference foes Quinnipiac (April 1st-3rd), Mount St. Mary’s (April 21st-23rd) and Central Connecticut State (May 6th-8th). The home conference schedule opens on March 25th when Long Island visits Bridgeport. The other conference foes visiting the Pioneers are Fairleigh Dickinson (April 15th-17th), Bryant (April 29th-May 1st), and Wagner (May 13th-15th).
