Joe Holtmeyer taking on the Big Guns in Cape Cod Baseball League

Holtmeyer The Omaha World Herald recently had a feature on Nebraska-Omaha RHP Joe Holtmeyer who is playing this summer with the Harwich Mariners where he has made five starts with a 1-1 record and a 2.76. He has been able to keep opponents off balance with 28 strikeouts in 29.1 innings of work and holding them to a .175 batting average against. He has been wild though walking ten batters, hitting three, and tossing eight wild pitches.
