UNLV recently dismissed Buddy Goldsmith as the baseball coach (FULL ARTICLE) but the UNLV athletic department isn’t helping the program succeed with some interesting fundraising efforts. Ed Graney of The Las Vegas Review-Journal details how the UNLV athletic department fundraises under one universal umbrella giving out money from a central fund. If they had separate funds for individual sports it could be easier to get funds for the Rebels baseball program.
