Metrodome a Lifesaver?

Metrodome Pat Borzi of the New York Times has a great article on Ron Petrich. He is in charge of scheduling all the college baseball games at the Metrodome from February through April. The dome hosts many Division 2 and 3 games around the clock while serving as the home for the Minnesota baseball and softball programs during the early part of the season. Petrich said he was able to accommodate a record of 240 college games this season while setting up a total of 420 games. You can read the full article by clicking here.

The other interesting thing about the dome is the ability to roller skate on the concourse for $6.50. Has any of our readers ever done that?
