Justin Milo splits time between left field and the ice rink

Justin_Milo_baseball Justin Milo has made an interesting journey in going from playing hockey and baseball as a high school senior in Minnesota to becoming a minor league player for the Yankees and a forward for the University of Vermont hockey team.

After a short stint earning Freshman All-American honors at Cornell, Milo found himself patrolling the outfield and the rink for the Catamounts. After Vermont suspended their baseball operations, his play in the Frozen Four caught the eye of the Yankees, who drafted him in the 37th round of the 2009 MLB draft, and placed him in Staten Island where he helped the team win the New York-Penn Title.
