Creighton to play at New TD Ameritrade Park Omaha

EdServaisandElliotSoto The Creighton Blue Jays have announced that starting in the 2011 season they will play a portion of their schedule at the New TD Ameritrade Park Omaha and will play the entire schedule in the stadium during the 2012 season. TD Ameritrade Park will be the home for the College World Series starting in the 2011 season. This is a great move for the Blue Jays as this really upgrades the facilities for the baseball program and will give the opportunity to play on one of the best fields in the country during regular season games. I would also expect a strong move by the Missouri Valley Conference to move the conference tournament to this stadium in downtown Omaha. You can check out the full press release from Creighton below.
