Hawaii HONOLULU – University of Hawai‘i head baseball coach Mike Trapasso released the 2010 UH baseball schedule Thursday, with three Pac-10 home series and a three-game road series at Cal State Fullerton highlighting the slate.

Hawai‘i will open the season with back-to-back, four-game home series against Oregon State and Oregon in the last two weekends of February. UH will also host Citadel, Southern California, Air Force and West Coast Conference champion Gonzaga in non-conference home series at Les Murakami Stadium prior to starting WAC play.

Sandwiched in the non-conference schedule is a tough road trip in southern California, where UH will play midweek games at Long Beach State and San Diego, while playing a three-game series at 2009 College World Series participant Cal State Fullerton. Hawai‘i will also play midweek games on the road at Centenary and Stanford.

The WAC schedule features home series vs. Fresno State, Nevada and New Mexico State, while Hawai‘i will play their road series at Sacramento State, Louisiana Tech and San Jose State. This year’s WAC Tournament will be at a neutral site in Mesa, Ariz.

UH started fall practice this past Monday, running until Nov. 5.
