For the second week in a row, North Carolina takes the top overall national seed in The College Baseball Blog’s Regional Projections. The Tar Heels are in first place in the ACC, and have the top overall RPI according to Boyd’s World.

Rice stays put with the second overall national seed followed by Arizona State, UC Irvine, Arkansas, Georgia Tech, Georgia, and Texas respectively.

There are four new hosts in this week’s projections: Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Clemson, and Florida.
