Another CBB reader passes away

lu-professorThis is now the second time during the last couple of months that I have to make a post about one of our readers passing away. Jeff Taylor Sr. who was a constant reader of this site including sending us multiple links and videos over the last year. Taylor was a professor at Liberty University and would try to make every game of his son Jeff Jr. at nearby Lynchburg College. He was tossing batting practice on Wednesday at Lynchburg College to his son Jeff Jr. when Jeff hit a ball back to Jeff Sr. and struck him in the lower jaw/neckline. The CBB would like to send their condolences to the Taylor family and express our grief over the situation. Here is some video of Jeff Jr. at a Division 3 Regional game from last summer where he was dancing during a rain delay.

H/T to Babes Love Baseball for bringing this story to my attention.
