COLUMBIA, Mo. — The No. 10 Sooners claimed a 7-4 win in game two against Missouri on Saturday and clinched a series victory heading into Sunday’s finale.

OU trailed 3-2 heading into the top of the fifth and scored four runs behind Casey Johnson’s two-run single with the bases loaded. The rally was the 15th for the Sooners this year and the sixth on the road.

“Our guys believe in each other collectively and did a good job of executing today,” said OU Head Coach Sunny Golloway. “I told them to enjoy it tonight. We won a series on the road and it’s not an easy thing to do. But we need to come back tomorrow like the series is starting over again and win that final game”
