Is Strasburg the Greatest College Pitcher?

Stephen Strasburg has become a living legend in the college baseball world with his unbelievable start to the season. He is currently 4-0 in five starts while having 74 strikeouts in 34.1 innings of work. The College Baseball Blog named Strasburg as our top College Baseball player coming into the season.
