Rusin was dominating in his third start of the season, going eight shutout innings in a win over hot-hitting Indiana State … Struck out nine and allowed only six hits, issuing just one walk … Shut down an Indiana State team that entered the game averaging well over eight runs per game and owned a 9-3 record.
