UA slugger Glenn could miss season

Glenn could miss 2009 season

University of Arizona senior third baseman Brad Glenn could miss the 2009 season after suffering a freak injury to his right hand. He fell through a glass coffee table which severed two nerves, a ligament, and an artery last week. He will require surgery and a cast for up to two months which could end up keeping him out for the year. The Tucson Citizen writer John Moredich has an article about the injury with some quotes from Glenn on how it happened which can be read here.
