Everett Williams- McCallum High School- Austin, Texas

This is only a small list of the boys that play at a very high caliber in the State of Texas. These prep players are in the mist of trying to make a difficult decision on where to play for the next 3 years. Some have already made that decision and some are still deciding. Once they have made a commitment to a school then comes along the draft and then they have to make a tougher decision on rather to go pro or to go to College for the next three years. Trying to come with a list of boys is not an easy task so, I put these boys in Alphabetical order. Whose to say which player is the #1 player in the state all they way to #30.

NY,

I am in the process of trying to find info on Hall.

Don: Good research and of course some were arguably overlooked. I can fill you in on Harrell.

Thanks,

Here is my concern where do I stop. I guess next year I might have to take it to 50. Which would entail more research which I enjoy.

This was my first adventure into researching the top Baseball players in a senior class.

Connor Harrell is a 2009 from Kinkaid HS . Started in the outfield and batted cleanup for them the past two years. Doesn’t get the press since Kinkaid is a small, private school.

Has played for the Houston Heat the past three summers and has emerged as the top outfielder in the city. Hits for power & average. 6’3″ with 6.5 speed in the 60. Throws 91 from right field. Ranked #65 in the nation by Perfect Game.

Heavily recruited this summer. Committed to Vanderbilt.

Don tipped me to Connor’s commitment, hence the question. Great to hear that he’s that highly regarded.

If you know of any one else on this list that has made a college commitment please inform me.

Thanks
