NAIA Champions of CharacterWest Coast Super Regional – At Harris Field, Lewiston, ID:

Lewis-Clark State 4, Azusa Pacific 3
Matt Fitts pitched a complete game for the Warriors, allowed six hits, struck out nine. Ikaika Lester hit a home run, and singled in the winning run in the seventh inning.

Lewis-Clark State wins their second straight West Coast Super Regional, and Azusa Pacific gets an at-large berth in the national championship tournament.

Cam McLachlan Plains Super Regional – At Jamestown, ND:

Jamestown 12, Bellevue 6
Cam McLachlan batted in the winning run in the top of the fifth. Nick Damas and Matt Anderson hit home runs for Bellevue.

Jamestown qualifies for the national championship tournament. Bellevue will get an at-large berth if Oklahoma City wins the Mid-South Super Regional.

Mid-South Super-Regional – At Jim Wade Stadium, Oklahoma City University:

Oklahoma City 5, Missouri Baptist 4
B.J. Wheeler went 3-4 for the Stars.

Next game: Friday, May 16, 7 PM

East Coast Super Regional – At Columbus, OH:

Ohio Dominican 11, Fisher 1 (mercy-ruled after 8
innings)
Jonathan Kountis pitched all eight innings for the Panthers, allowed one run on five hits, struck out eight. Story from CSTV: Ohio Dominican Defeats Fisher (Mass.) in Opening Round of the NAIA East Coast Super Regional Tournament.

Next game: Friday, May 16, 1 PM EDT. If a third game is necessary, it will be played at 4 PM on Friday.

South Central Super Regional – At Cumberland University, Lebanon, TN:

Union 5, Cumberland 3
Joe Grinstead hit a three-run home run for Union. Story from Union College site: Popham nets 16th win as Union evens series.

Deciding game: Friday, May 16, 2 PM CDT.

Ryan StovallAtlantic South Super Regional – At Sliwa Stadium, Daytona Beach, FL:

Lee 15, Embry-Riddle 6
Ryan Stovall was 3-5 with a grand slam home run and seven RBI for the Flames. He also pitched two hitless innings.

Lee wins the super regional, and Embry-Riddle gets an at-large berth for the national championship tournament. Lee should be the top seed in the tournament.
